IT infrastructure since 2012. Kubernetes since 2017, when I ran it as a pioneer project that the developers adopted fast. Since then I have delivered cloud, platform and DevOps work for Swiss banks and insurers, in the regulated, on-premises and air-gapped environments where the details matter.
I love this work. I love getting my hands dirty, digging into new things, and finding creative ways around the interesting problems. That is the engineer you get on your project. Not a manager who forwards your questions to someone else.

Platform and DevOps engineering since 2015, with a focus on Kubernetes, OpenShift and GitOps-driven delivery. I have delivered platform and automation work for some of the best-known banks and infrastructure operators in Switzerland and Germany, in regulated and air-gapped environments.
Before going freelance, I founded and ran my own company, so I know what it means to own a system end-to-end, not just a ticket. I build reusable, GitOps-driven infrastructure that outlives the project it was built for, and I like handing off something a team can actually run without me.

Account Management, Payroll & HR
I joined FORCE7 in 2019, right at the start, after ten years in a large corporate where I moved from general administration into HR. Since then I have built and run the account management, payroll and HR side of FORCE7: onboarding and offboarding, payroll runs, social insurance and tax filings, contracts, and everything else that comes with employing someone properly.
I like keeping things simple and reliable. Consultants and clients get one direct contact who handles the administrative side correctly, so nothing falls through the cracks and nobody has to chase paperwork. That is what good payroll and account management should feel like: quiet in the background, solid when it matters.
